Suzanne Brue, MS, is a researcher, writer, and consultant on the connection between personality and physical exercise. She is a member of The Vermont Governor’s Council for Physical Fitness and Sports, and President of The Association for Psychological Type International (APTi).

Suzanne enjoys a variety of activities including weight lifting, biking, swimming, and yoga. Suzanne is married with three adult children. She and her husband, Nord, divide their time between Burlington, Vermont, and Delray Beach, Florida.
