Don’t try to impress a Saffron with your professional credentials. Your professional credentials mean nothing if a Saffron doesn’t see you as competent.

With their intuitive nature, Saffrons easily see the mind/body/spirit connections. Include this aspect in your communication and recommendations of indoor and outdoor activities.

Convenience and spontaneity are important. Provide assistance as to how Saffrons can effectively integrate exercise into their weekly routine.

With goals in mind, come up with playful surprises such as jumping rope or a running treasure hunt. They want to have fun but don’t want to waste time.

Saffrons are disinclined to take the time to change clothes in the locker room or use facility amenities on a regular basis. Encourage clients to come dressed to begin the workout immediately.
